Ian McIntosh

Ian lives and works in Markham, along with his wife Nancy. They have two sons: Justin and Matthew.

Ian is a graduate of the University of New Brunswick, Fredericton, and the President and C.E.O. of Corporate Benefit Consultants Ltd.

Ian’s Insurance career started in 1981 in the Group Operations of a major Canadian Insurer, He spend nine years in Toronto and Calgary as a Group Underwriter and Group Sales Representative before starting his own consulting firm in 1990.

In October 2005, Craig Terry joined CBCL as Partner and C.O.O.

Corporate Benefit Consultants Ltd. has grown exponentially over the past 20 years. Today, it is one of the leading providers of group Life, Health and Pension consulting services in Ontario.

Craig Terry

Craig joined the Corporate Benefits consulting team in 2005 as Partner and C.O.O. He has been in the Group Insurance business for over 35 years, all in the Toronto area. Starting as a Group Service Representative, Craig was quickly promoted to Sales Representative and spent five years as Regional Group manager with one of Canada’s leading insurers.

Craig has also been Vice President of a large Brokerage firm and National Director of Sales for a Special Risk company. His considerable technical expertise and solid group background proves extremely useful in serving the needs of our clients providing creative solutions for all aspects of their plan.

Carla Kennedy

Carla joined Corporate Benefit Consultants in January 2006 as a Senior Service Consultant and Office Manager. Carla’s skills and experience involve her in most aspects of the daily operation of Corporate Benefit Consultants.

Carla has spent over 25 years in the Group Benefits and Individual Life Insurance Industries, working for large Canadian insurers as well as Brokers and Consultants. Her experience includes Client Service, marketing, plan implementation, administration and billing processes. Her comprehensive involvement with many aspects of our larger client plans has evolved into an extremely important role at CBCL.

Justin Terry

Justin joined Corporate Benefit Consultants in February 2006 as a Marketing Associate/Service Representative. He was promoted to Sales/Service Representative in 2008 and is excelling in his current position on the Consulting team at CBCL. Justin’s dedication to the satisfaction of his clients is an integral aspect of the CBCL team approach.
